About Me

My name is Kelly and I decided to become a Personal Trainer to help people feel their best both physically and mentally.

Exercise is my PASSION and I have been involved in and passionate about the health and fitness industry for as long as I can remember.

I have experience training people of different ages and abilities and understand the importance of exercise to maintain and improve your physical & mental health.

I enjoy nothing more than helping my clients meet their goals and I will do everything I can to ensure you meet them. The best part of my ‘job’ is when a client leaves a session with a smile on their face….. it genuinely puts a smile on mine.

I enjoy and will incorporate into your programme a range of different training types, dependent on your goal, from strength training to cardio and elements of yoga.

I will programme for you so that you meet your goals and the added extras I have incorporated into your programme will help you along the way !!

I hope that when you are in my sessions my love of exercise rubs off on you, I hope you learn new skills but most of all I hope you meet those goals (and have a bloody good time doing it !!!)
